The team at The Victorian Cosmetic Institute consists of specialised cosmetic doctors and nurses. We use the latest research, products and technology to provide you with the most up-to-date techniques in non-surgical procedures. We specialise in non-surgical facial treatments. When possible, we participate in charitable work for those with medical conditions that cause physical disfigurement.

Dr. Gavin Chan (MBBS, cosmetic physician)
Templestowe and Berwick clinics
Dr. Chan has a background in intensive care, anaesthesia, and emergency medicine. Since 2004, Dr. Chan has specialised in non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, Lipodissolve, skin needling, and laser treatments including, laser skin rejuvenation, photodynamic therapy, and laser tattoo removal. He is currently one of Australia's most experienced Lipodissolve injectors. Also he is one of Allergan's doctor trainers for dermal fillers. He is a current member of the Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australasia and the Australian Society of Cosmetic Medicine. Dr. Chan has a special interest in the non-surgical rejuvenation of the face with dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle injections.
Dr. Natasha Moscato (MBBS, FRACGP, cosmetic physician)

Dr. Moscato has a background in general practice and women's health. Dr. Moscato specialises in anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and Lipodissolve. She has a special interest in anti-wrinkle injections, and injectable lip enhancement.
Christine Mulholland (RN Div 1, cosmetic nurse)

Christine Mulholland has worked as a cosmetic nurse for the past 18 years and has a vast range of experience in dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, skin care, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and Lipodissolve. She has a special interest in injectable lip enhancement. Her other interests include sclerotherapy, which she has had over a decade of experience in.
Marjie Vanroo (RN Div 1, cosmetic nurse)

Marjie Vanroo has been working as a cosmetic nurse now for over 3 years. She has worked independently as well as with the doctors at The Victorian Cosmetic Institute. She specialises in non-surgical facial rejuvenation, Lipodissolve and has a special interest in the administration of anti-wrinkle injections as well as laser hair removal. Having also worked as a midwife, she is an understanding and caring person who is able to put even the most worried at ease.
Daniela Munro (RN Div 2)

Daniela Munro has been a cosmetic nurse for 2 years and has a wide range of experience in chemical peels, and laser hair removal. She has also been a nurse for many years prior to her cosmetic nursing and has a gentle and kind disposition.
Fiona Castelow (RN Div 2, clinical dermal therapist)

Fiona is from a diverse background, having completed her nursing degree as well as a degree in clinical dermal therapy. She has a particular interest in lasers and their use in the treatment of skin, hair, and tattoos.
Dr. Jenny Kimmins (MBBS, FRACGP, cosmetic physician)
Berwick clinic
Dr. Kimmins is a cosmetic physician with a background in general practice who has been practicing cosmetic medicine now for over 2 years. She is a friendly and understanding doctor who has a keen interest in all aspects of cosmetic medicine, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and laser treatments.
Dr. Tess Przekwas (MBBS, FRACGP, cosmetic physician)

Tess has previously worked as a medical registrar in the Alfred Hospital, in paediatrics in the Royal Children's hospital and as a general practitioner. She has a keen interest in procedural cosmetic medicine, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments as well as treating skin conditions such as acne.

Sara has previously worked in general practice and family planning. As a doctor who regularly takes care of the women's health, cosmetic medicine has been a natural progression in her career. She has a keen interest in anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and laser treatments.
Dr. Terri Labberton (MBBS, FRACGP, cosmetic physician)

Terri has worked in general practice as well as a specialised clinic for treating cancers using photodynamic therapy. She has trained in alternative medicine, acupuncture, and the use of bio-identical hormones. She has a keen interest in cosmetic medicine, and in facial rejuvenation.
