This patient has had 25 units of anti-wrinkle injection administered to his frown over 7 injection points. The downwards and inwards scrunching of the frown muscle has been stopped, and in the post photo, the patient is at maximal frown.

The same patient has had 24 units of anti-wrinkle injections administered to the crow'­s feet. 4 injections were placed on each side of the face, directly into the crow'­s feet wrinkles.

The post photo shows the patient at maximal smile.

This patient has had her platysmal bands injected with anti-wrinkle injections. Each band had 10 to 15 units injected.

The post photo shows a marked reduction in the appearance of platysmal bands even at full contraction. The patient experienced a mild elevation in her facial skin, due to the decreased pull from these muscles.

This patient has had the muscle that elevates the upper lip injected with 2 units of anti-wrinkle injections on each side. The pre-photo demonstrates a large amount of gum show. The post-photo demonstrates the patient attempting to smile maximally.

The effect of this treatment lasts longer most other areas, in this case, it lasted 6 months.

Case study 5

This female had a total of 10 units of anti-wrinkle injections injected around both crows feet. The pre and post pictures below show here at maximum smile.

A total of 20 units was injected into her frown also. The pre and post pictures show her at maximal frown.

She also had a total of 8 units injected into her forehead. The pre and post pictures show her trying to raise her eyebrows maximally.

Finally, it should be noted that this combination has lead to a change in the brow shape. As noted in the following before and after pictures, there is a greater amount of eyebrow flare in the after shots. Both before and after pictures were taken with the face at rest and not in contraction.
