Cancellation policy and donations to charity
Please note that we do require 24 business hours notice for any change or cancellation of appointments. If less than 24 business hours is given, a $50 cancellation fee will be incurred. All proceeds from this fee will go to a charity of your choice of the following;The Cancer Council Victoria

We do ask you for a credit card number to secure your booking. Please have this ready at the time of booking. Alternatively, you can place a $50 deposit via internet banking or come in to one of our clinics to place the deposit.

Consultation fees
The cost of a medical consultation with one of our doctors is $50 out of pocket after any Medicare rebates. Dr. Gavin Chan charges $100 out of pocket per consultation. Using our Mediclear facilities, you are able to have your Medicare rebate immediately refunded to your EFTPOS card.
A consultation with a nurse is $30.
The cost of all follow up appointments and reviews is $25 out of pocket after any Medicare rebates. Again, using our Mediclear facilities, you are able to have your Medicare rebate immediately refunded to your EFTPOS card.
Deposits for procedures
For all procedures lasting one hour or more, or for more in depth procedures, a deposit of $150 to $500 will be required prior to booking your procedure. The deposit is refundable if 3 business days notice is given for any changes or cancellations.
No referral is required from your GP to see our doctors.
