This 41-year-old patient has previously had liposuction to her legs and inner thighs. She had two treatments of Lipodissolve to her abdomen spaced 2 months apart. A maximum dose of 2500mg/100mL of Lipodissolve was administered to the lower abdomen and love handles, a total of 200 injections in total. Local anaesthetic cream was applied prior to the procedure. Her procedure was performed at The Victorian Cosmetic Institute.
There was a total of 4kg of weight loss during this period, and her measurement at the lower abdomen decreased from 95cm to 88cm.
Case study 2
This is a fit and healthy 36-year-old patient who has had no previous cosmetic treatments/surgery. She presented for Lipodissolve treatments to her inner thighs/tops of knees and outer thighs. A total of 2 treatments were performed on inner thighs and tops of knees and 2 sessions performed on her outer thighs, each session spaced 2 months apart.
There was total weight loss of 3 kg (from 67 to 64kg) and the measurements at the buttock crease reduced from 62cm to 58cm and the measurement at the top of the kneecap reduced from 41cm to 40cm.
Case study 3
This is a 49-year-old patient who has previously had back surgery. She was concerned with the fat around her bra strap. She had one treatment of Lipodissolve to her back area. A total of 2000mg/80mL of Lipodissolve was injected into the area. There was no overall weight change, but there was a noticeable flattening of her back fat.
Case study 4
This is a 32-year-old female who is normally fit and healthy and was concerned with her arms.
She had 1 treatment to the full length of her arms with a total of 2500mg/100mL of Lipodissolve.
Her measurements prior to the treatments were 27, 30, 32, and 35cm on the right arm 5, 10, 15, and 20 cm from the elbow respectively. Measurements post treatment were 25.5, 27.5, 29, and 32 cm at the same points 2 months after the first treatment. The average centimetre loss at each point was 2.5cm.
The left arm measurements were 27, 28, 31, 35 cm 5,10, 15, and 20cm from the elbow respectively. Measurements post treatment were 25.5, 27.5, 29, and 33 cm at the same points 2 months after the first treatment. The average centimetre loss at each point was 1.5cm.
Case study 5
This patient is a fit and healthy 40-year-old mother who was concerned with her abdominal area. She had a total of 2 Lipodissolve treatments over 4 months to the front of her abdomen (both upper and lower abdomen). A maximal dose of 2500mg/100mL of Lipodissolve was injected each time.
The reduction in measurements from before to after 2 treatments were from 93cm to 85cm at the umbilicus, 107cm to 96.5cm 7 cm below the umbilicus, 85cm to 80cm 5 cm below the umbilicus, and 86cm to 79.5cm 10 cm above the umbilicus. The average circumference loss at each measurement was 7.5cm. The total weight change was from 66kg prior to the treatment to 64.6kg after treatment.
Case study 6
This patient is a fit and healthy 48-year female who presented for Lipodissolve treatments of her abdomen and love handles.
Her pre-treatment measurements were 68kg and her measurements were 90.5cm 5cm above the umbilicus, 95cm at the umbilicus, and 104.5cm 5cm below the umbilicus.
She had two treatments to her upper/lower abdomen and love handles, using the maximal dose each time. The treatments were spaced 2 months apart.
There reduction in her measurements to 84.5cm 5cm above the umbilicus, 91cm at the umbilicus, and 98cm 5cm below the umbilicus. The average circumference loss at each measurement was 5.5 cm. Her weight was unchanged during the time of the treatment, and no additional exercise was performed.
Case study 7
This is actually a picture of one of our receptionists who undertook two Lipodissolve treatments to her jowls. The treatments were separated by 2 months, and the post picture was taken two months after the second treatment. The pre photo was an old passport photo.
The difference is noticeable in the lower face, and the entire face has become less square.
Case study 8
This is a fit and healthy patient who was thin overall, but was concerned with her saddle bags. She had one treatment of lipodissolve. A total of 2500mg/100mL of lipodissolve was injected into her saddle area. Her right leg was bigger than her left, and 60% of the dose was injected in this leg. Her weight remained the same over the treatment period. The after photos are taken 2 months after the treatment. Her measurements on her right leg at the bum crease were 55cm before and 52.5cm after, and on the left leg were 53cm before and 50.5cm after.
Case study 9
This is a female in her late thirty's who presented for lipodissolve treatments of her chin and neck. Despite not being overweight, she disliked the skin around her neck and chin and thought that it appeared loose. She had one treatment of lipodissolve to her chin and neck area. There was noticeable improvement in the skin texture and tightness.
Case study 10
This female was of normal weight and was concerned about her cheek size. She stated that her cheek size would remain stable even if overall weight loss was achieved. Only one treatment separates the before and after picture here. 15mL of lipodissolve was injected into both cheeks (total). The results show a marked difference in the cheek size despite no loss of weight during the 2 month duration.
This female was concerned with her double chin and jowls. She had one treatment of Lipodissolve to these areas. There was substantial swelling for one week after the procedure. The after photos show the patient one month later, with no weight loss. Noticeable changes are present in the jowls and chin, with the jawline appearing more defined.
Case study 12
This female had a small abdominal buldge that she found difficulty in shifting despite exercise and diet. She had 30mL of Lipodissolve injected into the lower abdominal buldge. A total of 1.5cm in circumference was lost after one treatment only.
Case study 13
This man presented for lipodissolve treatment of the lower abdomen and love handles. Prior to treatment, his measurements were 113cms at the umbilicus, and 113cms 5 cm below the umbilicus. His weight was 104 kg. After one treatment with 100mL of lipodissolve, his measurements were 110cm at the umbilics, and 107 cm 5cm below the umbilicus (2 months later). His weight remained at 104kg.
Case study 14
This female is in her forties, and presented for Lipodissolve treatments of her abdomen and love handles. She has had children previously. 100mL of Lipodissolve was injected into her abdomen and love handles. The before and after pictures show the results after 2 months. Note the tightening in the skin as well as the fat loss. Measurements prior to treatment were 60.5 kg, 78cm in circumference around the abdomen 5 cm above the umbilicus, 85.5cm at the umbilicus, 93cm 5cm below the umbilicus. Measurements after the treatment were 60kg, 76.5 cm 5cm above the umbilicus (a 1.5cm loss), 80.5 cm at the umbilicus (a 4.5cm loss), and 88cm 5cm below the umbilicus (a 4.5cm loss also).
Case study 15
This was a female in her twenties who was concerned with her neck area. She had one treatment with lipodissolve to her neck. The post photos are taken 2 months later. No weight change was recorded.
Case study 16
This is a person who had a lipoma on her shoulder. She was reluctant to have surgery due to the possibility of scarring and damage to local nerves. Prior to her Lipodissolve treatment, she had an ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis of a lipoma. One treatment was administered and the after picture shows a marked reduction in the size of the lipoma taken 2 months after the initial treatment.
