Firstly, IPL and laser are not the same. IPL emits a
broad bandwidth of light that tends to target hair less specifically than a dedicated laser. Laser is a single wavelength of light, and by using the right laser on your hair and skin combination, you can actually achieve better and safer results than IPL.
