Hi Dr Chan, I was wondering if there is anyway to fix jowls non surgically. I have been in to see you a few years ago for botox and at the time you mentioned my chin was a little underdeveloped and due to a nasty tooth and jaw infection actually in the bone 2 years ago and I feel that I lost a lot elasticity in one side especially. The skin under my neck is also quite loose and at 34 I really think I have aged way to prematuraly in this area and its REALLY bothering me :( I actually have resorted to taping my face which is a bit sad!! Do you think enhancing my chin would help this? I absolutely hate my small chin but haven't been able to afford to do anything yet. Also the lines that run from the corners of my mouth are prominent so maybe having these filled would help. I did get another quote already where they said that lifting my cheeks with fillers would help lift the sagging kind around my jaw. I wasn't really looking to get cheek fillers but I don't have any cheekbones so maybe that would work. I am on a budget unfortunately but I am desperate to fix this "jowl" as its really affecting how I feel about myself. Roughly how much would a chin enhancement and fillers in the corners of the mouth cost and do you think this would help? Thank you so much!

I am 44 and have had old wrinkled hands since my late 20's it is something that runs in my family as even my younger brothers hands look like he's a 50 year old. I have very deep wrinkles mainly over my knuckles and fingers when I make a fist they look alot better so I find myself now clenching my fists all the time so people won't notice my horrible wrinkles. Good morning, I have been considering a brow lift to improve the appearance of what appears to be my eyelids dropping in the outside corners (hope that makes sense!); originally I thought an eye lid 'lift' was needed but a cosmetic surgeon suggested that a brow lift would be more suitable. I had a very, very bad painful experience with a recent resurfacing facial treatment as the Dr couldn't get my face completely numb. Hi i have heard injecting fillers under the eye area can be a fairly risky procedure and can even result in blindness if there is bleeding into the back of the orbit area. I have also heard it is common to have a lumpy result therefore it is extremely important getting a doctor with a lot of experience injecting into the trough area. Would you consider yourself a specialist in this area? Also what would the cost be approximately for tear troughs alone. Thanks :)
