I suffer from redness on my nose, which begins at the bridge of my nose, with a visible line where I've worn sunglasses. I've stopped drinking and smoking, but I eat a lot of chillies and tomatoes, and my nose was broken about fifteen years ago, with consequent sinus problems. Could someone please help me identify whether I have rosacea? I don't have noticeably broken capillaries; my nose is just flushed red, and it seems to redden with different triggers. I've read a lot online, but I can't afford expensive treatments, or waste time with experiments and speculative diagnoses. If you have treated someone successfully with a flushed nose, I would like to know. I can't tell whether it's rosacea.

Can you reccommend a cleanser for my skin. I have mild rosacea and sensitive skin. Also looking for a cleanser which will stop build up of milia and congestion.I have a milia on my face quite small but I am prone to them and dont want to get any more and would even like to get rid of one annoying one which wont go away.
