Hi Gav from Jenny Turner, I think I left your email address behind. Mine:the_storys@hotmail.com since not at uni. Further to yesterday: PSK Trammune 3 caps twice a day Maitake gold 404 liquid contains MD fraction, dose as per weight. Eg., 50 kg = 1.5 mL via dropper once a day, 60 kg = 1.8 mL, 70 kg = 2.1. Maitake 6 caps a day. 1,100 iu D3 + Ca. Close to 2 Caltrate/day. 100 mg selenium/day. NO folic acid (synthetic form of folate B9). No more than 400 mg/ folate day so be casreful with juicing beetroot. Cruciferous veg usually have enough goodies to overpower big folate content. After my first fraxel laser treatment for acne scarring I broke out in cold sores across my top lip and under my nose. I was surprised at how long they took to heal. They seem to have left a faint scar under my nose. Is it worth seeing my local doctor for something to take before my next treatment or should I not have any treatment in this area?
