Frequently Asked Questions

 

1.    How much is the delivery charge?

            $10.00 flat rate to anywhere in Australia. We do not sell items internationally.

2.    How soon will I receive my products?

            We send all products Express Post, and items in stock will be processed and shipped the next business day.

3.    What is the refund policy?

            We do not exchange products for incorrect choices or product unsuitability. We provide as much information as possible about all products to help each customer make an informed decision about what to purchase.

            All products are sealed for Health and Safety Reasons and therefore cannot be exchanged once opened.  Products that are damaged during shipping will be exchanged.

4.    I haven't received my products - what should I do?

            Contact The Victorian Cosmetic Institute on 03 8850 0655 with your order receipt number.

5. How will I know if a product is suitable for me?

            Follow the link at the bottom of the product description to read more about what products are suitable for which skin types.

            It is advisable that advice/recommendation from one of our doctors is received before purchasing any products that contain active ingredients such as Vitamin A analogues  / retinoids.
