Kligman's formula is a combination of Hydroquinone, Kojic Acid and other lightening agents formulated by a well-known dermatologist, Albert Kligman.

Combining dexamethasone, hydroquinone and tretinoin (a retinoid) makes it easier to achieve optimal results while lowering the chance of side effects. Tretinoin allows better penetration of hydroquinone, dexamethasone (a topical steroid) reduces the usual irritation caused by tretinoin, and tretinoin works to prevent the dexamethosone from causing the skin to thin.

This product can only be sold to current patients of The Victorian Cosmetic Institute who have previously been prescribed this product by their doctor.
