Acne Treatment Serum

Clarify clears acne, normalizes oil and reduces sebum, shrinks pores, increases skin immune support, remodels acne scarring, hydrates, calms inflammation, protects skin from UV rays, restores epidermal barrier and dermal thickness. It is also an antibacterial treatment.

Clarify includes 14 potent blemish reducing ingredients including cucumber, chamomile, coriander and Ayurvedic Herbs to include a well rounded approach to making skin healthier.

Clarify works on scar tissue, normalises oil, creates skin health instead of damaging with acid, while also feeding the skin, thickening the dermis and has the key anti-ageing ingredient,  retinaldehyde.

Blemish and Oily Skin - Clarify

Oil Reduction - topically Clarify had five potent sebum reducing ingredients; PREGNENOLONE, RETINALDEHYDE, PHOSPHATIDYCHOLINE, NORDIGUAIRETIC ACID, and OLEANOLIC ACID. Oil provides a majority of the food for bacterial overgrowth, the less that is available, the smaller the bacterial population. Usually, through chronic stimulation by irritant and testosterone, pores can enlarge and produce more oil. In individual with large pores, a prolonged course of the Osmosis protocol should be anticipated.

Antibacterial effect- we live with millions of bacteria growing on us everyday. They are not going anywhere and, if their numbers are controlled, they are actually an important part of the skins defence mechanism. It is their excrement (in enlarged colonies) that stimulate the inflammatory reaction which results in a visible red and swollen follicle (pimple). The reduction of oil and vascular detox provided by the ingredients listed above makes this process easier. The following ingredients have safe (immune system supporting) antibacterial effects; RETINALDISOME, OLEANICOLIC ACID, NIACINAMIDE, THYMOL, MSM AND ASA.

Anti-inflammatory effect: once again, as with everything in the protocol, there is a synergy that results from the combination of all of these products so that each component has a positive effect on the other. The specific anti-inflammatory ingredient include ASA, NIACINAMIDE, ALOE, CHAMOMILE EXTRACT, CUCUMBER EXTRACT, and CORIANDER EXTRACT, reducing inflammation reduces scarring, redness and swelling around the follicle while stopping cycle of inflammation stimulating more oil which begets more inflammation (and so on).

Purified water

Retinaldehyde (0.075%) benefits of retina A without irritation, decreases oil and bacteria, exfoliates and remodels the epidermis/dermis by actively stimulating collagen/elastin production.

Xanthum gum- highly molecular polysaccharide composed of glucose, mannose, and glucuronic acid. Used as a natural thickener for skin care products or food. Found of leafy green plants.

Olive leaf extract

Pregnenolone- hormonal precursor has ability to reduce acne and oil through topical application. The method of action is unknown.

Oleanic acid- from antiinflammatory effects to collagen stimulating properties and anti acne fighting.

Cucumber extract- known for astringent and soothing effects along with anti-inflammatory and skin tightening properties.

Chamomile extract- extract from flowers of Anthemis Nobilis plants. Used for soothing properties.

Basil extract- calming herb, effective with acne.

L-lactic acid- chirally correct AHA, the only skin acid the skin recognises because it is stored there naturally. From yoghurt is a natural moisturising factor, an antioxidant and skin regulator.

Chorella vulgaris- green algae has wonderful collagen and elastin and GAG stimulating properties while being a powerful antioxidant

Niacinamide- B vitamin, collagen stimulator, antioxidant, moisturiser and decreases pigmentation whist improving skins circulation.
