Products will only be exchanged if faulty or damaged during delivery. Any exchanges on this basis must be made within 14 days of purchase.

 

Orders will be sent via express post. All items in stock will be shipped the next business day. Items that are Special Order may take longer to be delivered.

 

Product packaging may vary from pictured image from time to time, however quantity, ingredients and size will always remain the same.

 

All payments made by Visa or Mastercard will incur a 1% surcharge. Diners Club and American Express incur a 3% surcharge.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure correct details are provided with every order. The Victorian Cosmetic Institute can not be accountable for products not received due to the submission of incorrect address details (including typos)

 

Due to discrepencies between true colour and computer images, we cannot exchange make up that is bought in the incorrect shade. We recommend trying the make up before making a purchase.
