Tried out their treatment and some of their products
and I'm loving the results I see on my skin.
Never been this confident showing off my face without make up.
Dr Gavin Chan is a very skilled and knowledgeable cosmetic doctor. He explained the expected outcome very thoroughly and was very honest about every aspect of the procedure so that I was well informed of the decision I was making. He did a great job on my surgery and I am so glad I did it. It was something I was conscious about for a long time. I completely trust him for any future work I may choose to have done. Thank you!
Unfortunately my experience has been more negative than positive. The reception staff are always lovely and help as much as they can but I find that the company policies are very inflexible and that they do not look after existing customers who have been loyal and reliable with payments. I have been getting various treatments for years, right back when Dr Chan was working from Berwick so I have seen a shift and it feels as though it's now ALL about the money. I am a little put off because after receiving treatment a while back, I wanted to book in to have some of it corrected. I wasn't able to fit in with the Dr that I usually see so I was going to have to book in to see another one and was told that I needed to pay the consultation fee upfront because it was a new Dr. I was annoyed for the following reasons; I have been loyal and I have always paid my accounts (for years), I have never been required to pay a consultation fee upfront for any other service EVER and feel this is completely unreasonable. I would have been paid three days before my appointment so I could have paid on the day but not as I was making the appointment so they would not allow me to make the appointment. Some people don't have direct access to money like this straight away (takes time to transfer etc). Most places have cancellation fees if the appointment is cancelled within a certain time frame but not upfront consultation fees, so I think you should maybe consider this option. Anyway, it probably worked out best for me because I went back to an old cosmetic Dr that I knew from a while back (just a little further for me to travel) and he identified my issue straight away and rectified it. Something I don't think the 2 Dr's I had seen at VCI were knowledgable enough to do. I will now happily travel a bit further to continue to see him.
Extremely professional. I highly recommend. Only place I trust with my skin!!
