Question:
I have heard about this particular treatment for chicken pox scars. What are the results like? Are there any before and after pictures? Thanks in advance
Answer:
We don’t have before and after pictures for chicken pox scars in particular, however, it is a good treatment to help to reorganise scar tissue and to help to improve the topography of the scar. it usually takes a few sessions to get the best result. Another good treatment we have found for chicken pox scars is subcision. This involves undermining the scar with a specialised needle to help remove the scar from its underlying attachments and raise it to the level of the normal skin.
