Question:

Can you reccommend a cleanser for my skin. I have mild rosacea and sensitive skin. Also looking for a cleanser which will stop build up of milia and congestion.I have a milia on my face quite small but I am prone to them and dont want to get any more and would even like to get rid of one annoying one which wont go away.

Answer:

You can use the Rationale preparatory cleanser;

or the Cosmedix benefit clean;

https://www.thevictoriancosmeticinstitute.com.au/store/cosmedix/benefit-clean-100ml/660/

Both of these are good options. The Cosmedix cleanser tends to remove make-up a bit better though. Both are very gentle, and can be used for people with Rosacea or sensitive skin.

The milia you are describing are mostly likely not to be significantly improved with a different cleanser. Maybe takeĀ  a look at the make-up you are using, or possibly the moisturiser? They may be too congesting? However, some people are prone to milia, and despite extractions, they can recur quickly.
