Question:

Hello, I suffer from Granuloma Faciale’s on my scalp, I am bald and have one very large granuloma on top of my head, approx: 50-60mm in diameter, I have had some treatment all of which have failed, and I have seen that the pulse dye laser may have some benefit to me.. I really need some help with this and I don’t know where to turn or what to do next……thankyou

Answer:

I would recommend Radio Wave surgery to remove the Granuloma Faciales.

Radio wave surgery can be used to remove
skin lesions by gradually shaving it down until the level of the skin is
reached. A small amount of local anaesthetic is injected into the base of the
lesion before the procedure, meaning little discomfort is experienced during the treatment, and also less risk of scarring than if the lesion were
to be removed via a scalpel.
