Hi I would like to know if it is possible to have the procedure done on the inner thighs. I’m unable to walk without pants as my thighs rub terrible. I cannot wear bathers or skirts or dresses. I wish to have this problem corrected.
This is a common area we perform liposuction on. Usually it is possible to reduce the amount of chaffing or rubbing of the inner thighs by widening the space between the thighs. Commonly the inner knees are treated along with the inner thighs to achieve a ‘straighter’ line along the inside of the leg.
Liposuction of the inner thighs must be done with some care, as the fat here is generally quite soft and easily removed, hence over-treatment leading to irregularities or skin laxity needs to be avoided.
