I am 6 months pregnant and think I am getting a bit of Melsma (I have a light brown patch appearing on my forehead). I use Dermaquest cleanser, B and C serum and sunscreen daily as well as the ASAP exfoliating scrub. Is there anything else I should use while pregnant to slow/stop it? would a Cosmedix Blueberry smoothie peel help? I know they are pregnancy safe. thanks
The best thing to do is to focus on using sunscreen and sun avoidance whilst you are pregnant, and once you have had your baby, you can come in to get some advice on other treatments such as laser treatments, or stronger (medical grade) topical lightening agents.
I don’t think a Cosmedix Blueberry smoothie will be enough to control your problem.
