I am a 24 year old male with dry to oily skin, with occasional break outs, and I was wondering if you could recommend a suitable fashwash/ moisturiser/ spot treatment ?
It is likely that if you have occasional breakouts, that you have a greater tendency towards oilier skin. Therefore, I would avoid all moisturisers, and use a gentle cleanser that doesn’t over-dry your skin. This may cause further oil production. A good cleanser would be one like the Rationale Preparatory Cleanser.
Also it is important to try a topical retinoid, as this is a good anti-bacterial agent, as well as helping to improve skin turnover. A good option here is the Rationale Retinaldehyde;
