I had dermal filler under the eyes 3 wks ago and still have the needle marks and a slight swelling on top of it what can I do to assist in the healing process
Dermal fillers in the tear troughs can appear to be swollen after treatment. In many cases this may be temporary swelling, but usually at 3 weeks post treatment, this swelling has dissipated. If you have had a hyaluronic acid based filler, I would suggest you may need to ask your doctor to dissolve it with hylase.
