I believe I have Nevus Ota. I have the following symptoms:
– Grey/Blue pigments within eye ball
– Discolouration in upper and lower eyeball
– Pigmentation on side (temple area)
After Googling around I found that the Vic Cosmetic Institute has a ruby laser that might be able to help me.
Naevus of ota is characterised by the description you have provided. It can be treated with our q-switched ruby and Nd:YAG lasers. As the pigmentation is around your eyelids, we will need to place corneal shields (like metal contact lenses) on your eyes to protect them from the laser. Usually multiple treatments are required.
