What can be done to remove a cosmetic lip tattoo i had done 4 weeks ago. i live in sydney. the woman who did it went outside my natural lip line and though its not huge she has made my mouth crooked, i hate it and want it gone, the colour is thankfully faded and not too dark , can you please help me, she only offered to make the normal side of my cupids bow the same as the other side of the cupids bow she got wrong, leaving me with a fake poity cupids bow, plus she didn’t get it right on the bottom of my left hand side lip, its uneven, can you suggest anything effective
The Medlite laser can be used to remove the tattoo on your lips. One of the risks of this treatment however is the possibility of the tattoo going dark (black) after the treatment. Although this can be removed in subsequent sessions, it is possible that you may have some darkness that persists for some time. The way around this is to do a test patch first, or to use a different laser called an Erbium laser. The erbium laser has a different mechanism of action, but it has a slightly higher recovery time and risk of scarring.
