Dr. Gavin Chan, founder of the Victorian Cosmetic Institute, began offering cosmetic medical treatments in 2004. His services include non-surgical anti-ageing treatments, skin rejuvenation, laser face resurfacing procedures and liposuction.

Formerly a trainer for cosmetic pharmaceutical companies, Dr. Chan currently concentrates on offering ongoing training to the cosmetic doctors at the Victorian Cosmetic Institute. He ensures that all doctors stay updated with the latest procedures and methods in the cosmetic industry.

Additionally, Dr. Gavin Chan hosts the Victorian Cosmetic Institute’s YouTube channel, which provides education and addresses various topics, including misconceptions and product misuse within the cosmetic medicine industry.
