Dr Somaiye is a cosmetic medicine specialist. She has had experience in emergency medicine, psychiatry and family practice before finding her way to the world of cosmetic medicine. She has trained in the US and Australia and has had a lot of experience in dealing with people of different cultures. Dr Somaiye enjoys addressing aesthetic concerns for
people of different cultures and backgrounds.
Dr Somaiye believes in a holistic and natural approach to help enhance each individuals natural assets. She enjoys the marriage of art and science in cosmetic medicine. Dr Somaiye has a great eye and a steady hand for achieving natural and lasting results for each individual patient. She realises that when we look good on the outside we often
tend to feel better on the inside and of course the reverse is also true. Inner and outer beauty complement each other and go hand in hand, like yin and yang.
Dr. Toro Ogundoyin (MBBS, Dip. FSRH, Cosmetic Doctor)
Dr. Toro is a cosmetic doctor with background in emergency medicine, occupational medicine and general practice, with experience gathered both in Australia and her native UK.
She advocates a holistic approach to achieve the best patient outcomes. Her keen interest in anthropology helps her identify the best practices for patients of all ethnic backgrounds and skin types.
Away from the institute, you may find her pursuing her passion for the arts, travel, anthropology and is also a keen sportswoman with particular interests in fencing and surfing.
Dr. Monica Devanand (MBBS, Voc, Grad Cert in cosmetic dermal therapies, Cosmetic Doctor)
Dr. Monica Devanand completed her medical degree at Monash University in 2006. She has since been practicing in various areas of medicine including general, emergency, respiratory, and immigration.
She holds a Masters in Public Health and has experience in medical management while working at St. Vincent’s Private hospital in Melbourne
She now specialises in cosmetic medicine with an interest in non-surgical rejuvenation of the face. She works with the patient, planning the desired outcome, not only for the best enhancement of the face, but also one to help boost self-confidence and their overall sense of well-being.
Dr Tess Przekwas (MBBS (Hons), FRACGP, Cosmetic Doctor)
Dr Tess Przekwas was one of the original doctors at our Berwick clinic in 2007. After an extended period of leave Dr Tess Przekwas is excited to be rejoining the elite team at Victorian Cosmetic Institute. She brings with her many years of experience in cosmetic medicine and specialises in anti-wrinkle and dermal filler injections.
Dr Tess is available in Berwick on Tuesdays and Toorak on Fridays.
Dr Parvin Khinda (MBBS BSc(Hons) FRACGP DRANZCOG FPA(cert) DCH , Cosmetic Doctor)
Dr Parvin Khinda has been a medical practitioner for many years, graduating from Melbourne University in 2004 and specialising in women’s health, breast medicine and surgical assisting at Epworth hospital. Her real passion is in aesthetics of both design and the human face. In her spare time she enjoys indulging in art, interior design and architecture. In her cosmetic work she able to create beautiful results in her patients which are well balanced and natural. Discovering her skills in aesthetics led to her interest in cosmetic medicine. Dr Parvin Khinda has a passion for non-surgical rejuvenation and will be taking patients for anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments.
