Dr. Gavin Chan has a background in intensive care, anaesthesia, and emergency medicine. Since 2004, Dr. Chan has specialised in cosmetic procedures, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, liposuction, fat transfer, skin needling, and laser treatments. He is a doctor trainer for various dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle injections.
Dr. Chan frequently presents at cosmetic conferences and is often requested to appear on television. He is also on the advisory board for several dermal filler, and botulinum toxin products.

Dr Topchian has performed over 750 breast augmentation procedures using polyurethane coated silicone gel implants, which makes him the most experienced Melbourne-based doctor with this type of implant.
Since 2001, he has worked in cosmetic surgeries in both Melbourne and Queensland, and is proud to utilise the latest surgery techniques that allow him to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients, while ensuring a rapid recovery.
He also has extensive teaching experience with a number of universities and the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery, and is actively involved in training student surgeons.
