I had dermal filler injected under the eyes 2 and half wks ago but still have the needle marks and some raised skin around it as I had a reaction to the needle, my question is how long will it take to heal and is their anything I can use or do to help the healing process
This is extremely unusual, and I have not see a case of this personally. We use extremely fine needles and cannulas for dermal fillers, and don’t see this in our practice. It sounds like a scar or some sort of reaction to the filler? Hard to say without seeing it. If it is a scar, it may require some injections of cortisone.
