Here at the Victorian Cosmetic Institute we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring you have the best possible experience when you visit one of our clinics. We know that your Victorian Cosmetic Institute experience begins in our waiting rooms and because of this we have taken extra care to ensure that you feel comfortable while you wait.

Upon entering our waiting rooms you will be met with friendly reception staff who, with their strong knowledge of treatments and procedures will be happy to answer any questions you may have. For your entertainment there are magazines aplenty and a television which you have complete control over as you relax on our comfy couches. While in the waiting room you will also find an array of decadent chocolates, cookies and filtered lemon water for your enjoyment.

As much as we adore our waiting rooms and the relaxing environment we have created we don’t want to keep you waiting for too long, but if you are made to wait more than 20 minutes from the scheduled time of your appointment we will offer you $20 off your bill for that day.
