This is a good example of what can be done with liposuction and fat transfer to the buttocks. The before and after picture show a patient who has undergone liposuction to the hips, waist, back, arms, and abdomen, removing about 3 litres of fat and subsequently putting about 1 litre of this fat into the buttocks. This helps to correct the overall body shape, and give the body a more hourglass figure.

I should add that there was no change in diet or exercise, and the weight change of about -2kg was a result of the liposuction only.
