Hair

Carrots – Want the shiniest luscious locks? Look no further than carrots, jam packed with Vitamin A they will keep your hair shining and scalp healthy.

Skin

Brazil nuts – These little but crucial nuts contain Selenium, this mineral repairs cell damage and slows down the skin’s aging process. Just two nuts a day is enough to slow your aging process.

Cucumber- A cucumber’s peel contains silica, a nutrient which reduces wrinkles and boosts collagen production.

Guava – Not only a delicious treat, this exotic fruit packed with vitamin C helps boosts collagen production to smooth skin. It has been said that two cups of guava per week is the perfect dose.

Tomatoes – Containing lycopene this salad essential acts as a natural sunblock, preventing the UV damage that causes sun spots, dryness and wrinkles. Remember to cook tomatoes for maximum anti-aging effect.

Nails

Iron – For the longest, strongest and clearest nails, add more lean beef, mushrooms and spinach to your diet. The biggest cause of thin, chipping and concave nails is iron deficiency. All of these foods are super rich in Iron which will keep your nails looking their best.

Teeth

Natural cranberry juice (not the sugar filled artificial cocktails/margarita mix) – This tasty refreshment disrupts the formation of plaque and thereby prevents yellowing of teeth.
