Cucumber- A cucumber’s peel contains silica, a nutrient which reduces wrinkles and boosts collagen production.

Guava – Not only a delicious treat, this exotic fruit packed with vitamin C helps boosts collagen production to smooth skin. It has been said that two cups of guava per week is the perfect dose.
